Yes, we provide installation services for all flooring products we sell. This includes carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, sheet vinyl, hardwood, ceramic tile, and more. We offer various warranty options depending on the product. For carpets, we provide the manufacturer's warranty. LVP and laminate warranties range from five years to lifetime, varying by product. Additionally, we offer a lifetime warranty on our labor. At Taylor Carpets and Flooring, we strive to meet and exceed our customers' expectations when it comes to warranty coverage.What payment options are available?
We accept multiple payment methods to accommodate our customers' needs. These include cash, checks, and credit cards. We also offer extended financing options for those who qualify. Our policy requires a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon job completion. For products not requiring installation, full payment is necessary before the item leaves our store.What's your return policy?
We maintain a clear and transparent return policy. Special order products and installed carpets are non-returnable. Hard surface products we sell and stock, such as LVP and laminates, can be returned if the boxes remain unopened. Remnants are not eligible for return. We prioritize clear communication regarding our return policies to ensure customer satisfaction.What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed with clarity in mind. Special order products cannot be canceled. For in-stock products, cancellations are accepted with a full refund before installation begins. We request a minimum 48-hour notice for any cancellations to ensure smooth operations.What is the process if I need to change my appointment?
